We do appreciate the frustration caused when delays happen however, the safety of our customers and crew is our highest priority and our teams work extremely hard to get back to running a full service as soon as possible. Compensation is claimed through our website. We meet the requirements of EU Legislation [EC] No 1177/2010, which sets out the compensation customers are entitled to. Your feedback has been noted to help improve our service and going forward, we hope to provide you with a more enjoyable experience when travelling with us.
