Lovely dress but faulty so had to return

Stiff zip and faulty detail on shoulder, returned dress, ordered another one and the zip was again too stiff for purpose. Returned that and now ordered another one if that is faulty will give up....

Great item, not so great delivery service.

Pleased with the item BUT the delivery company posted a card through the front door and then THREW the item over the back gate, for it then to be left outside ALL day. Not acceptable
