Welcome home from your recent Wonders of China Tour and we are pleased to find you had a magical time in China and had an enjoyable trip. You have provided comprehensive feedback which we are very grateful for. With regards to your trip to the 'Birds nest' Stadium in Beijing, this was included as an additional ‘treat' as the attraction was not included in your itinerary. We usually receive great feedback from our customers about visits to the stadium as an unexpected treat however; we can appreciate that some attractions will be of more interest to some passengers than others. We always provide as much information as possible to our customers before they travel and our guides in China are under instruction to advise passengers of any changes as early as possible, unfortunately some situations allow for no prior information to be given such as flight delays Etc. We have politely reminded out guides to notify of any changes as soon as possible. Additionally, we have investigated your comments regarding 'selling' on your coach with our China office. We have been informed this was an isolated incident and is not common practice by Wendy Wu tours and action has been taken to ensure this does not occur on current and future tours. We would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. Again thank you for providing such comprehensive feedback which has already contributed to the continuous improvement of our tours.
