Please accept our apologies for the lack of response yesterday, our phone lines were down from 3.30pm Tues 5th to Weds 6th Dec late evening, and we had to rely on email communication only. You should now have received your returns label via email, which we sent to you as soon as we became aware of your request.
As you can see from other reviews we usually have a 5* service review and this unfortunately was out of our control and we hope that it will not put you off purchasing again in future.
