Having gladly reviewed your claim, your claim was valid and authorised. However, the diagnosis cost was not added to the claim for two reasons: 1. We were unaware of a diagnosis cost as we were not asked to pay this on the initial enquiry. And 2. When the invoice was received, the print was so translucent you could not read it or any cost involved for diagnosis. As such, we have not hesitated to accept the cost of diagnosis and paid you promptly.
With all valid claims, we do pay the manufactures time to renew parts, and we do not accept costs for aggravated time or what the repairer wishes to charge over the manufactures repair time.
We apologise that we have not meet your expectations.
