Shockingly poor advice, support and service. I lost my original phone number

We are sorry that you have not been happy with our service. We do not appear to have received a port request to move your number to Vonage. Too ****** late now as my old contract was cancelled. No help and for a comoanytge size of vonage has no port agreement with BT
You obviously haven't read my previous correspondence either
I think it is great, very good value for money. It is especially good for me and in the age that we are living in, in that having a fix line (landline) is not entirely necessary so to be paying...
EXCELLENT! No Pops, No Crackles, clear as a bell service, I am Very Impressed

Neither handsets work.when I rang the helpline after a 40min call was told I would have to purchase my own phone,which I have. So a rather disappointing start.
Forwarded voicemail messages to my email address have twice failed but otherwise no problems. I don't regret changing to Vonage.
