Viva responded quickly to our queries. The person was polite and helpful. Our nightmare experience with Easyjet was not their fault but did cast a damper on our holiday.
SUCH GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY - PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT AS THESE TWO CITIES ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST PLACES TO VISIT. HOTELS WERE COMFORTABLE, CLEAN WITH FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT STAFF. BREAKFASTS WERE EXCELLENT....

we had a great time in Milan & Chur, the Milan hotel did not seem very central but Chur was fine. The train to Switzerland was excellent & we would recommend this holiday to anyone
