Informations required in the booking form where not confirmed/mentioned in the cobfirmation email/voucher leaving me wonder if my pick up is confirmed it not. No direct contact with the tour operator...

Excellent service from staff.
The web site advertised pick up from Shinjuku Washington Hotel however it did not allow selection of this hotel. We proceeded with another hotel and asked for it to be changed. We were contacted...

Your company did not get the price co you cut me did not get the pricing correct. When question about it I was given the runaround about it.
