Thanks Tim, you are correct, we are the only firm of solicitors who will help cyclists who are not injured and just want to recover for bike/kit damage. These claims are 'loss leaders' for us, but as cyclists ourselves, we never turn anyone away.
Very good in general, although I had to chase for an update on occasions when there was a change in who dealt with my matter.
