Great products and really quick deliver. It would be five stars if delivery driver actually read the delivery notes! My boxes keep getting put in the wrong place!

I ordered 4 and 2 of them didn't work but loved the grape flavour I would appreciate some free replacements.

Not as many “ice” vape liquid options as I’d like
Most recent order had a bottle of cola ice...
So far worst experience I had. Still did not recieved my item. A lot of time has passed.

Hi Aigars,
I'm sorry you feel you've had a bad experience ordering with us.
In this case, as with any international orders, we have to give 40 working days for all parcels to arrive. As it's currently been two weeks, we do need to continue to wait for an update on your tracking information. Usually with international orders they take between 1-3 weeks to arrive generally.
The reason we're unable to process a replacement or a refund for you at the moment, is because the liklehood of you receiving the original parcel in the meantime is very high.

We definitely see no progress there. 17 days have passed and shipping company still doesn`t have the package. If you are really making me wait 23 more days when it`s obviously something wrong with the order and delivery chain then it says a lot about customer service for me to be honest.
