They didn't send some of the items I paid for. I reached out via email. They didn't respond. I've had issues with 75% of my orders with them which have eventually been sorted out, but this time. Nope.

My complaints have been dealt with fully now, crossed wires just made me very grumpy. I have apologised to the company and they have apologised to me.
