I still haven鈥檛 recieved an order which I placed and paid for 3/1/21 I have sent numerous emails also contacted via phone and still no delivery or refund yet unfortunately.

We have been made aware that there were significant delays with Royal Mail, especially at the beginning of the new year when you made your order. We would like to assure you that if your order does not arrive within 10 working days we GUARANTEE that a replacement parcel will be sent out to you. I can see we replied to your email on the 13th.
