Customer service are not helpful at all, offered refund never followed through, accused me of being a liar, if you have any issues with orders or deliveries don't bother with customer service.

Thank you for the review. I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your recent batch of Blackberry Ice e-liquid, I can see that we looked into this with our production team after your complaint.
If an issue is found with the batch we are happy to issue either replacement bottles or a refund, is no fault is found then we have to put it down to personal preference as e-liquid flavour is subjective! Flavour can change depending on what coil or device you are using, or how old the e-liquid is (if it has had more time to steep, the flavour tends to be stronger).
As no fault was found with the batch code you gave us, there wasn't a lot that we could do. We are so sorry about this, do let us know if there is anything we can do to rectify this for you!

Brilliant flavours, quick delivery, great value for money
Haven’t received order yet - been almost a week. Paid for tracked delivery service and have been told to contact Royal Mail to see what has happened. Not much help.
