While we strive to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience, of course certain factors will remain outside of our control, such as the issue encountered with the attempted delivery of your goods being unsuccessful. Delivery details can sometimes be missed when initially ordering your goods, or that depot locations are not always close to someone’s location, which is why we make a special mention of the importance of clear delivery instructions in the order confirmation email, due to couriers not being able to call beforehand and ask more questions.
