Thank you for the review. We processed this order for you on Thursday 9th April and it was shipped on a standard delivery, arriving on 13th April. Since then, we have not received any contact from you about the product or order, so do not believe this review to be a fair representation of our service. Please let us know if there is anything we can help with. Thank you, Ted @ EcoWizard

Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems with your order. We purchase these units directly from the manufacturer, so all the required parts should have been included. We feel this review is unfair, as we never received any contact from you stating that the units was missing parts, so were unable to resolve this for you. Had we known, we could have liaised with Ohme to arrange this for you. We were able to match the price, but the supplier you bought from were offering an extra discount for first time buyers, which we cannot match as part of our terms and conditions. We also state that our Price Match Promise is always at our discretion. We are also uncertain whether the website you bought from are registered Ohme resellers, which we are. We apologise if this was not made clear to you through contact. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance going forward. Thank you, Ted @ Wizard
