Item missing and NO responce from customer service
Item still not arrived, have emailed them a few times and not gotten any responce from customer service. Have also tried making contact through their online contact form... no respose from there...

Glass was chipped/cracked. No contact after purchase
Upon receipt on the glasses, one had a small crack/chip. I emailed Bormioli Rocco and never received a reply.

One of the items that we ordered, a glass carafe, was smashed to pieces inside the box when delivered. Despite contacting the seller twice by email, I have received no response. Very poor service....
