Didn't receive what I was quoted for.
The online process is confusing and as a result received incorrect sized sign, despite having made clear what I required. When the incorrect sign arrived it wasn't centred correctly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your valued feedback , as discussed in our email chains unfortunately you did not proceed with our quotation and at a later date you placed an online order, it was A6 size that was purchased and we did assist you with artwork and informed you on all the email chains that it was an A6 version of the plaque, we helped you to upload a document and asked for your final approval which was accepted and sent to print, whilst it was not the size you intended to purchase, we have manufactured and delivered correctly to what has been ordered. if we can help with anything in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0161 4314400.
