Had initial problem in that the wrong fabric was delivered (their fault not mine) but I rang and explained and they arranged for the wrong fabric to be collected and the correct fabric delivered so...
My order came promptly but unfortunately it was the wrong fabric.

Thank you for your comments and for taking the time to talk to us about your order. I am very sorry that the incorrect fabric was sent to you. We have looked into this and found that our spreadsheet was labelled incorrectly, this has since been put right and will not happen again.

The free sample page put 10p on one sample and wanted me to use my credit card which I didn't do so I wasn't expecting anything.
The samples came anyway...

Thank you for your comments, we are very sorry that you were charged for one of your samples. Unfortunately this sample was a new colour way that was added to our website recenetly, and one part of the upload failed to remove the charge for the sample section. We have sucessfully amended this issue so that this does not happen again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may have cuased.
