Would never use them again

Very .poor. I paid a deposit of £340. Plans changed due to work commitments but out of kindness they offered me £40 back if I booked somewhere else with them. Very short sighted of them

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel this way. Once a booking is made, a non refundable deposit is paid as we have to pay airlines and our suppliers. As per our terms and conditions, if you need to cancel then this means a loss of deposit, which often can be claimed back via your travel insurance, so this maybe something you can consider? We also gave you the option to amend your holiday, rather than cancel. We don't normally allow a change of destination when amending a booking, however, we made an exception for you by agreeing to transfer your deposit from your Maldives holiday to Thailand. This does incur a small amendment fee, so please do let us know how you wish to proceed. We hope that we can resolve this with you and you are able to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Best Wishes.

As I only booked about 2 weeks previous to needing to cancel and it was only for accommodation, there is no way that you have paid anything as yet for a booking 6 months ahead. You say you offered a change for a small fee. I don't call a £150 / person charge a small fee. Sorry you are not interested in your customers unless you can take money from them. Thank you Rachel. Charlotte has now progressed my query. Regarding the pdf, it was only 16Mb and I understand that your email system allows a maximum size of 19Mb so I'm not sure what the problem was. Hopefully this is now resolved.
