No one answers problems in evening

Company booked tickets for wrong date got to box office they said call tipster and customer service was closed it was after their business hours

Sorry to hear about your review. Our team is available from 8am to 5pm - 7 days a week. We are showing you placed this reservation online yourself for a Sept 24th date. The tickets were sent to your email address for reference. The venue did express that when you arrived on Sept 17th, they transferred your tickets to see the show on that night instead.
