It's o.k. I think it would be nice to be able to pick your seats. My husband is in a wheelchair and I am never sure if we are going to get seats that accomadate his need.

I first answered thinking it was the lady at hotel that booked reservations. After looking at other comments I realized you were talking about the package I purchased. It was very simple and easy to use, had no problems and didn't have to try but once. AWESOME!!
