Sorry to see that you were not happy with both the service and the shoes. We are owned by the same mail order group as Clifford James, but is run as a seperate company and are not the same shoes or brand. Sorry to see that the service you received was not up to scratch. I can see that your order was originally despatched from us on the 30th of June (at 1:49am!) but sadly went missing with the courier which is unfortunately out of our control. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, a refund was processed as requested.
