Our apologies for the service you received. It appears that the couriers lost the shoes between them picking them up from you and delivering back to us. We have since claimed for these missing shoes and did get them replaced as soon as we were made aware of the missing delivery. I hope that you are now happy with the replacement shoes.

For the price its difficult to complain. Fit very good and look lovely. Some of the finer finishing could be better though and I doubt for £30 per pair that they were really made by hand in the UK....
