Shocking service from Tinhat. Takes far too long to resolve a claim.

Still not resolved. Poor communication and lots of delays in getting things resolved.

Thanks for providing your feedback, though I'm really sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service.

We do send a policy schedule to all of our customers via email just a few seconds after they place their order. In the vast majority of cases these arrive without issue, though occasionally they can get caught in spam filters. I've just resent yours manually so hopefully you've received it. Was all ok - I expected to get some more information through - eg policy/sign in to check details etc. I just got an email saying the insurance had started and a link to your website.
