pleased that my phone insurance was set up quickly and got all info needed

Have not used this service before so have nothing to compare this with but have no negative comments to make. As far as easiness via website then again all good.

It was easy to join in however, i recently experienced an accident with my screen and the insurance said they would replace the screen as well as the screen protector but they didn't, very poor...
