Providing proof of ownership is one of the main cover eligibility questions when taking out the policy and is a requirement when making a claim as stated in the "Key Facts" and "policy Terms and Conditions"

Regarding the online purchase of the our policies:

When proceeding to the purchase stage of the policy there is a tick box for the purchaser to complete which relates to the eligibility questions and terms and conditions. The purchase can only be completed when the purchaser has agreed to it.

In order to provide a good service while adhering to our processes we do require the relevant information and documentation to be supplied by the customer when making a claim,

Watch out for the expensive excess "OUCH"

I was not made aware there was an expensive excess on the policy when I purchased it until I came to make a claim, and as I am presently unemployed I cannot afford the excess.

Prior to completing the final step of the policy purchase the purchaser has the option to agree to the following statement: " I have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Policy, the Summary of Cover and privacy policy. As you have a agreed to this, we trust that you have read the information which was provided.
