Excellent quality and service

Purchased a lovely pair of socks, excellent quality. Evri damaged the package and Thought sent a replacement as soon as requested, so pleased because the socks were a present.

No refund

Very poor quality item, even at sale price. I returned it two weeks ago and have had no acknowledgment or refund. Very disappointed.
