Nice items, but no reply from customer service

The clothing is lovely! But the skirt I ordered did not list that it had slits, and I would not have ordered it had I known it had slits. I emailed customer service 2x re this, and received no reply....

Brilliant value waterproof jacket

Great jacket very generous sizing and a bit different from most i've seen (the colour l mean). l havent put it to the test yet but l'm sure it will keep me dry.
