The package arrived on 1st July having been told it would be the end. On opening, many plugs were shaken out of their holders and broken: at least 30% were unusable. I have only 8 which have survived

I'm very sorry that your Penstemon Ice Cream Collection and the replacements arrived in poor condition and have all since died. It's very disappointing to hear that they were weak and died shortly after. They should have arrived in perfect condition, healthy and a good size. With your feedback we will investigate further and try to improve the packaging and size of plants to ensure their safe arrival. Out of 12 lavender plants only 6 have survived. 4 looked almost dead on arrival and even though I potted them out and put them in the greenhouse, another 2 died almost immediately.
