Depending on the strength of your microwave (please use highest setting) the lupins should be able to be heated to quite high temperatures. It can sometimes take a few goes at heating the lupins (30 secs at start, then at 1 minute intervals flipping between heatings) as different microwaves have different heating capacities. Please contact us if you are still having difficulties and hope this information is of help. We recommend placing the lupins on a tea towel for heating purposes. We are working on a new product that will have be more comfortable against the skin but are still in the testing phase.
