Disappointing

Would not let me redeem voucher past a date even though I emailed before the closing date or even change the date of my booking, explained all of my personal circumstances, no alternative offered...

We are sorry that you were disappointed but you did contact us to change the booking the day before you were due to come in! We are unable to change bookings less than a week before you are due to attend as we have all the instructors allocated and have turned people away from the session. We were actually still expecting you to attend as your last email communication to us said 'Okay I'll keep the booking and bring someone else'.

The 241 special offer Christmas Vouchers are extremely good value and as such the expiry date has to be strictly adhered to and is clearly stated on the voucher which is valid for 6 months. We do try to accommodate everyone's requirements but occasionally it is just not possible.

Ok ....but could of been better.

2nd visit but think we should of been separated into smaller groups. Not much of a safari ... more of a on grass and up hill drive. Never done much wood driving and because the group was so big...

Thank you for your feedback. The size of the group will depend on how busy we are that day. All our Quad Bike experiences are always Instructor led and he will run the session according to the abilities of the group. We do have a Quad Exclusive experience which is 2 hours long and aimed at the more experienced quad biker.
