I am sorry to hear that you didn't find our packaging in store up to it's usual standard. We have had an issue getting hold of our usual White Company bags in Winchester so have been using sale bags in store while we are in mid season sale. If you would like one of our lovely bags then please pop back in to store and we will happily give you one. They are so useful to use for other things too!
