We can confirm that you did not pay a surcharge for the seed delivery, our postage prices are as follows £2.99 for seeds only £4.99 for onion sets, plants or other items or £6.99 for a mixture of both. Due to the fact that you had both onion sets and seeds on your order this is why you were charged the higher postage cost and we do apologise if this was not clear. We are sorry that your discount was not given, we have recently moved to a new system and are working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible. If a seed is not organic it is clearly listed in the description as being (non organic). Our plants are all grown organically. Your comments regarding this matter will be passed on.

Although some of our seeds are not certified as organic all of our products are grown organically.
