Thank you for providing a review, we are sorry to hear that you have been trying to contact your lender "Optimum Credit" without success and that you are not happy with their service.
You have left this review for us at The Loans Engine, and whilst we are the broker that arranged your loan application, our firm is not the lender with whom you hold your loan account. We are able to refer the matter to our contacts at Optimum Credit, as such we will escalate the issue for you.
