the products were slightly disappointing - apron not a great fit and generally just not that special I was glad that they were sale items

Thank you for your review, we are sad to hear you were slightly disappointed with your linens received, although the linens purchased were all ex-sample linens we ensure we package them just as we do with our newest linens. However, there can be variations with items which are ex-sample but we are pleased to hear you have kept them all and we will be in touch privately to see if we can offer any assistance.

We noticed this is a repurchase of our Italian hay runner, we're glad you liked the original purchase to add another one to your collection, this may have a few different elements from your initial one as it is an ex-sample which can offer different variations, we will be in touch with you privately.

Where this is an ex-sample item, there may be variations to the apron that will differ from our core apron online, because it's a standard apron to fit one size it has the simple design, we will be in touch directly to give you some tips to ensure its right for you.

These are our simple hem napkins, we have two types of styles perhaps our mitered hem napkins will be of more interest if you're after something with more detail on them, however, each does hold their own charm.
