As per our conversation today you now have a better understanding of why your price changed when we went through to our supplier to book your holiday. Unfortunately, we are led by the prices the supplier provides at the time of booking and this can change from the quote to the booking and any price difference or miss quotes are not honoured by our suppliers. On this occasion the suppliers price changed when we went to confirm your booking, we did all we can to try to get the price however the supplier refused to honour the original quote. You then found an alternative holiday online with a supplier that we do not earn commission with and for us to book and service this on your behalf we had to charge a £50.00 booking fee to cover the cost of administrating the booking for you, which you agreed and we went ahead and confirmed for you. I would like to thank you for your understanding and praise today on the phone for the service that Susan our staff member provided to you. We will be taking up the costing error as a complaint with the supplier, we will forward you their response once received.
