We are really sorry you experienced problems, We do provide all the information which can be viewed in 2 ways, you receive an e-mail with your tracking number but only if your e-mail address is correct, you can log onto your account and view your order this also tells you the status of your order, apologies for the inconvenience this cause you.

In response to your comment I'd like to add the following. In terms of dispatch speed and the patience of the person on the phone when enquiring whether I'd successfully made an order, I think the service from The BBQ Store was excellent. Would I buy from you again? Yes, yes I would. I'd also like to point out to anybody reading this that The BBQ Store does have a tracking facility but you seem to need to click sitemap and then find the link to your account from there. I have looked for a home page link my account and cannot find one. That could be me, though!
