Didn't arrive on requested day which was bad and operative didn't have appropriate offloading apparatus which would have been impossible if my husband wasn't to hand.

We are very sorry your item was not delivered on time, we were advised by TNT that the driver was held up in traffic that day and ran out of legal driving time, it was delivered the next day, apologies for the inconvenience this caused you.
It has been a long haul but we got there in the end. None of the issues I have experienced have been the fault of the BBQ Store and I will happily deal with them again.

We are sorry you were not happy with your BBQ, we do not open BBQ's they are delivered to us sealed by the manufacturer, we could not of know that there was anything wrong or missing inside, we offered to send you the parts but you declined, instead we refunded you a small amount back.
