The website said next day delivery, ours took two days. When queried this they said I had ordered on a public holiday so it was two days. I would suggest that they change the website to reflect...

We are very sorry that you found the delivery un-clear, this entry is in our terms and conditions
'Orders that are placed before 3.30pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched that same say, however orders that are placed on a Friday after 3.30pm will not be dispatched until Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday)'
With regards to the missing items we buy directly from the Manufacturer and do not open the boxes we would not know if there are any parts missing, we sent these parts out to you as soon as we could, with regards to the gas the advert clearly states
'The free propane patio gas regulator included, will only fit a propane patio gas bottle with a snap on connection'
It would be cheaper for you to buy a new regulator than a new gas bottle.

with regards to your comments on dispatch - if you stick a big count down clock on the website home page saying if you order before it gets to zero your item will be delivered the next day I would expect you to keep to that, not hide behind small print that nobody reads anyway. Or get your website sorted out to correctly reflect your T&C's.
With regard to the missing parts - I didn't buy the BBQ from the manufacturer I bought it from you, take responsibility for the items you sell.

For your information there are no couriers that work on a Bank Holiday Monday I think everyone in the UK knows this is not classed as a working day,
We did take responsibility and send out the parts as soon as you reported it to us. your rudeness in this message is shown to everyone
Problems with delivery, was not delivered next day as promised. No-one returned phone calls we made when enquiring when delivery would be.
Store did not know what was going on with delivery.

We are very sorry your delivery was late, we sent your BBQ out on time but unfortunately the Courier did not deliver it on time as it was held up at their warehouse. apologies for the inconvenience this caused you.
