Purchase was not delivered on time or according to the order information. Phone enquiry was dealt with politely but there was no follow up. I was left wondering if/when the product would arrive.

We are sorry your item was delivered a day late, The delivery company TNT said that the item was missed off the van and appologised for the inconvenience this caused you.

We are sorry your item took so long to be delivered, unfortunately the courier lost your item as soon as we knew we sent a replacement out to you, with regards to the hood a replacement was sent out and we hope you are now happy with your BBQ, apologies for the inconvenience this caused you.
All very good from the bbq store but I can't give excellent due to the delivery. The company they use is inflexible and don't deliver on Saturdays or after 5pm. As well, I left a message in the order...

Very good service with helpful updates on delivery.
