We are sorry you are not happy, if you had collected this item from out showroom it would be the lower price but it was sent out via a courier, we have to sell it at a higher price to allow for postage and packaging, if you would like to return the item in it's Origional packaging we will give you a refund.

We are sorry you are not happy with our service, the boxes are sealed by the Manufacturer and we put our trust in OUTBACK that all the parts are in the box, unfortunately due to human error sometimes mistakes happen, we sent the missing screw pack on a next day delivery which is all we could do at that time, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
