Excellent, professional service - they looked after party well, nothing too much trouble for them to sort. Trip is a challenge, decent level of fitness requires especially for Olympus.

Staff don’t know what they are doing. Should have gone direct to Intrepid who provided the holiday. The intrepid holiday was great, organised, and the kids loved it

I noted your frustration in July regarding providing details and we have made changes to the business since that point which will make life much easier for our customers.
