I'm sorry to read about your experience with us & Australia Post. We've taken all your feedback on board and are working on solutions to stop this from happening again. Yes it looks like Aus Post is to blame for delivery issue. However, 1st parcel came damaged and 2nd parcel was also not packaged accordingly, despite request. I appreciate you are now correcting your system for improvement.

OOPS! I've taken a quick look at your order here and can see that we did in fact mark your order not to be split - as per your request. Despite this, for reasons unknown right now - it was split anyway. We're talking to the team member involved to make sure that they do follow any order instructions given. Even worse, when it was split - for some reason your Pillow & Stretchers have been sitting in a limbo status ever since. We're looking into how this system error has happened, and how we can stop it in the future. Very sorry that you've suffered because of these errors.
