Your By-Your-Side Service TEAM Member will be reaching out to you privately, however, I wanted to address some of your concerns here. Accommodations are among the first pieces of your itinerary that we secure. Private driver-guides are booked and confirmed much later, and we do not know or account for their place of residence. However, I understand your frustration and why you felt this was uncoordinated. I am not 100% sure why you were not booked at the Royal Leonardo for your entire stay in London, however, I imagine it was likely due to availability and/or budget. I know that many of our overseas partners are currently experiencing very limited availability due to incredibly high demand. I am sorry to hear that you did not find the London Pass useful. I see that you had been in contact with a member of our team regarding this and I hope that they were able to assist you at that time. Again, I appreciate your feedback.
