Disappointed in their Encore Performance
Booking for Iceland went well, but once deposit was down, service was minimal. Lots of automated, general emails about this and that, but most of it was unnecessary clutter. Waited weeks for replies...

They gave me the exact trip I wanted, a variety of places to stay, different modes of transportation and great ideas for things to do and see while on the trip. I can't wait to go next year.

We had a wonderful trip to England and Wales!
We really enjoyed the activities planned for us especially the Harry Potter experience, Stonehenge, and Wales. While the accommodations in the Lake District were great, there wasn’t a lot to do...
