Good customer service but incorrect advertisement of prices

Our customer service from George was outstanding. This is the 3rd time I've booked with teletext. However I was furious and utterly devestated to go back on your website and show my family and...

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your review. We update the website periodically throughout the day but as we book with low cost airlines and suppliers live systems, prices are always fluctuating and the live price would be confirmed when you call. Further, optional extras such as baggage, transfers etc are not included in the advertised price and are optional.

If you would like us to arrange for a member of our customer services to call you to discuss this further we can arrange this.

We hope you enjoy your holiday

Kind regards

Yes I understand that fully but how do you explain your website showing 2 different prices for the same time? Two different figures, 6 hours apart saying correct as of 13:30. I know the price changed when I phoned and I know extras aren't included. I just don't understand how you can lie and come up with a new figure 6 hours later and still say it's correct as of 13:30 when it obviously isnt

Web price is Fake News

The price is never what you see on the web advert. Expect £70 pp extra. This is sharp practice and makes one feel cheated. I have in the past walked away from a Teletext holiday I wanted because of...

Dear Mr Rahman,

We are sorry to read your comments, a booking will usually take around 30 mins if you have searched and found your holiday deal before calling.

Calls will take a little longer if you don't really know what you are looking for but 7 hours is an unusually long time.

As we book with low cost airlines and suppliers live systems, prices are always fluctuating further, optional extras such as baggage, transfers etc are not included in the advertised price and are optional, which will affect the price quoted.

However we are happy to note that the agent was able to find you a holiday that suited you and you were happy to book.

We hope you enjoy your holiday and look forward to welcoming you on many more.

Kind regards
