Thank you for taking the time to review our company and we are very sorry to hear we have not resolved your issue quicker for you. I can confirm that the tag  must have been placed on the bear in error by the manufacturer (charlie bears) we have requested that they send the correct tag to you which they have confirmed they will be doing ASAP and it should be with you this week. Firstly I personally wish to apologize for all these issues you experienced, i can assure you this is not reflective of our normal service to our customers and we are very sorry about this. I totally understand that you have been let down by our service on this occasion and we will be sure to look in to all the issues you have raised to see how we can improve our service for customers in the future. I am very sorry to hear the tickets were an irritation and thank you for bringing this to our attention as we will now look in to a way of customizing the way the tickets are issued to make them more customer friendly. We use the ticketing system to ensure that all questions are answered from our customers and we can ensure that if any issues are open we can send follow up questions to our customers but i understand that they can be annoying. Also it is definitely not acceptable that your package was left in the garden as it should require a signature and i have opened a case with Amazon who are our fulfillment company to investigate this further and let us know why this happened. We have given compensation for the issues you have experienced and a discount for any future purchase you may make if you wish to give us another chance.
