Please note that after checking the details of your reservation with our team we were unable to find any cancellation registered in our system and we have it completed as if the driver brought you to the airports without any issues. Therefore, we would definitely like to take a deeper look into this matter with our team.
Please note that if you informed directly the driver of the cancellation on the first place within less than 24 hours, we will be unable to refund you for this transfer according to our terms and conditions. We are terribly sorry to realise that you had such a bad experience just arriving at Amsterdam Airport. We completely understand how confusing this may have been for you, especially when you took the time to pre-book a transfer in order to have all the details of your ride well confirmed. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
Please note that after checking the details of your reservation, we have detected that you did not add the meet & greet option. This option is the one that specifies that the driver will be waiting inside the airport with a sign with the client's name. However, if this option is not added we always inform our clients to make sure to follow the meeting point instructions given by the driver.
The meeting points procedures may vary due to airports conditions, especially in Schipol airport where drivers are not allowed to wait downstairs at the gate but elsewhere inside the airports. Therefore, in the case of your reservation, we have to consider that the driver followed up their own meeting point procedures successfully.
Regarding the non-matching details, we are really sorry for the confusion this may have caused you. We always inform our clients that some of the details in the voucher, on some rare occasions, may vary due to driver's availability. Sometimes due to last-minute emergencies, they need to re-arrange new drivers or new vehicles for some transfers and there is no time to update it in the reservation. However, we can assure you that the contact phone number always stays the same in these situations.
Having said this, please be assured that we have also investigated your case with your driver to make sure that in further reservations they track the flights accordingly to avoid any delays. However, as mentioned before, some airports conditions do not allow some drivers to be waiting at the precise spot the clients would like.
We are already well aware of how hectic travelling can get sometimes, so our last intention is to cause any hassle to our customers. Therefore, as a gesture of an apology for all the stress this may have caused you, we have sent you a discount code which you will be able to redeem it on the next reservation you may book with us. We would love if you could give us a second chance to prove to you how our real hassle-free service is without any disappointment.
