Not very impress, I have ordered my item on 18.04.18 but it still not arrive till today 09.05.18 and no communication at all. I have to keep email them and ask but the answer was just wait .

Good Afternoon
Thank you for your feedback I can see from our email correspondance and phone records that we have contacted several times regarding your order an email on the 20th April and a phone call on 23rd stating the goods would leave our warehouse on the next two man collection which was 26th April.
It does state on the goods that you ordered under the delivery information tab that delivery is upto 10 working days from placing order as they require a two man service.
Our two man courier did not collect from us on 26th April which we made you aware of via a telephone conversation with Danny on the 27th April.
Unfortunately they then went into liquidation which is out of our control and Danny informed you of this on Friday 4th May, we were then left with an issue to get the goods to you and asked you to bare with us while we found an alternative.
I can see that the goods are schelduled for delivery today 9/08/18 between 3-5pm which is 3 days over the stated delivery time on the product.
My order was dealt with efficiently and being mirror tiles I thought they may be damaged or something on arrival but no they were packed excellently and everyone was undamaged, I got excellent...

I found the speed of delivery brilliant, but more importantly the chaps who delivered my order, WHICH WAS HEAVY!!!! did ! bag at a time and never once complained! it was an order for 10 compost and...
