Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you received. As we advised unfortunately when we inspected the picture we had in stock we discovered that it was damaged. contact you at this point to let you know there would be a delay as we had to source another picture from our stores so we could get this sent out to you. This did mean that there was a slight delay in you receiving your order however we wanted you to receive your order in good condition.
Once again we apologise for delay in your order being received
I have given this service a 2 star simply because of the delivery.I paid the £50 large item charge although i only live 1 mile away from the warehouse which didnt bother me its just one of those...
